Key Responsibilities

• Engage with top tech companies and industry leaders to enhance candidate placement opportunities.
• Guide candidates through the job application process by showcasing portfolio projects and relevant technical skills.
• Assist with documentation and filing for visa-related support including STEM extensions, H1B, and Green Card processes.
• Facilitate technical interview preparation and provide career guidance.
• Communicate effectively with both candidates and client servicing teams to ensure strong job matches.

Required Qualifications

• For Data Science/Machine Learning Positions:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Project work and hands-on experience with relevant technologies.
  • Knowledge of Statistics, Gen AI, LLM, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication.
• For Java/Full-Stack/Software Positions:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Java programming and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Familiarity with Core Java, JavaScript, C++, and hands-on exposure to Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and technically inquisitive with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• For Data Science/Machine Learning: Experience with NLP, text mining, Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks, and TensorFlow.
