Key Responsibilities
- Lead the senior relationship for strategic accounts by understanding campaign brief requirements and communicating goals internally.
- Advise clients on media buying and strategy while taking ownership of successful campaign delivery.
- Identify and act on opportunities to unlock account growth across paid media channels.
- Manage client budgets, produce project schedules, and report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the wider team on new business pitches and presentations to win future accounts.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop team members to deliver quality campaigns that excite our clients.
- Work closely with Paid Media specialists on innovative campaigns.
- Travel to client sites as required for review meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a client services role within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of key paid media channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display, etc.) to drive results.
- Experience with the setup and implementation of paid media campaigns (experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with the creative process within an agency is a plus.
- An energetic presence to engage clients and build strong rapport.
- A passion for planning, pitching, and winning new business.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and shape media and marketing strategies for global partners.
