Position Overview

mabl is on a mission to empower software teams with an AI-powered low-code test automation platform that streamlines testing across web, mobile, API, accessibility, and performance. In 2024, mabl was awarded its 5th AI Breakthrough Award, cementing its position as the #1 AI-powered testing platform in the world. We value culture as much as innovation—with 92% of our employees feeling supported by our flexible work environment and 97% believing their managers truly care about their wellbeing.

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Enterprise Marketing Manager to architect and execute our enterprise and ABM strategy. In this high-impact role, you will define the playbook that drives significant pipeline and revenue growth from high-value target accounts – acting as the crucial link between Sales and Marketing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at enterprise go-to-market motions, we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Design, build, and orchestrate the strategic engine that drives predictable pipeline and revenue growth from high-value target accounts by defining key plays, activation channels, and the reporting structure.
  • Execution & Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns utilizing advertising, direct mail/gifting, personalized landing pages, and executive engagement events (virtual and field).
  • Sales Alignment & Enablement: Establish and lead a formalized Smarketing rhythm with Sales leaders, Account Executives, and Partner Managers, providing personalized messaging, content, and clear guidance for maximum engagement.
  • Content & Personalization: Adapt mabl's narrative and messaging for target accounts to ensure a consistent and compelling story across marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and sales materials.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Define and report on key account-level metrics, using data to iterate and optimize campaign performance.
  • Company-wide Alignment: Collaborate closely with peers and leadership to ensure that marketing efforts align with broader company objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in dedicated ABM, field, or enterprise demand marketing. Experience within the Software Development Lifecycle or with AI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on, with the capability to architect campaigns and execute them end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with tools such as 6Sense, Keyplay, Gong, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how marketing can create and accelerate qualified opportunities in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven excellence in cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
  • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to interpret metrics, extract insights, and optimize campaign performance.
  • A passion for joining a company where marketing-generated demand drives the business forward.

  • Join a global team of 80+ mablers spread across 4 countries, 3 continents, and 18 states.
  • Enjoy annual team gatherings and the opportunity to visit the Boston office.
  • Benefit from generous parental leave, rich health benefits, and employee wellness and collaboration perks.
