Position Overview
The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for driven sales representatives to join our team and help protect families across the nation with various forms of life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement. This commission-based sales position pays uncapped commission daily. Options include a Part-Time Agent role (15-20 hours per week) with the potential to earn $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year, a Full-Time Agent role (30-35 hours per week) with the potential to earn $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year, and the opportunity for Agency Owners to generate a system-driven income of $200,000-$500,000+ per year. Additionally, agents have the opportunity to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their agency, creating passive income and a lasting family legacy. Best in-class bonuses and travel incentives are available to both new and seasoned agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents.
- Conduct virtual as well as in-person training sessions.
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage.
- Meet virtually with families and safeguard them through various life and health products.
- Maintain flexible hours and a supportive work environment.
- Foster a fun, healthy, and flexible work-life balance while achieving high-level income.
- Hire based on character rather than background or experience.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire).
