(USA) Manager II, Process Engineer - Supply Chain

Position Overview

This role is responsible for leading process improvement initiatives at a Distribution Center using tools and methodologies such as 5S, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies. You will drive loss elimination, standardize work processes, and build high‐performing teams while upholding the company’s values and culture of inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives (5S, Six Sigma, time and motion studies) to eliminate losses within the Distribution Center.
• Deliver results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and the development of standard work practices.
• Manage savings projects and support the tactical deployment of the Walmart Performance System (WPS) methodology.
• Mentor and develop associates while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Uphold company values by promoting ethics, diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field and 3 years' experience in Process Improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Process or Value Stream Simulation.
• Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long-term savings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Process Improvement experience in a Total Performance Management or related program environment.
• Six Sigma Certification.

• Compensation: Annual salary range of $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 with additional performance-based bonus awards, Regional Pay Zone adjustments, and stock options.
