Key Responsibilities

• Assist candidates in filing for H1b visa, including related visa services such as STEM extension and Green Card filing.
• Offer skill enhancement programs for candidates who need to improve their technical competencies.
• Support candidates in overcoming career gaps and developing marketable IT skills.
• Provide guidance and preparation for interviews and career progression.
• Engage with a diverse pool of candidates including all visa statuses and US citizens.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience in Java programming and understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of statistics, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with NLP and text mining techniques.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Knowledge of time series analysis.
