Position Overview
The Washington Post is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our subscriptions marketing team. In this role, you will deliver omnichannel engagement campaigns aimed at driving reader habits and increasing subscription growth. You will collaborate with newsroom teams, manage day-to-day campaign operations including performance optimization, budget management, and audience development, as well as leverage data insights to refine our go-to-market acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver omnichannel engagement campaigns for The Washington Post to drive reader habit and increase subscription growth.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign management including performance optimization, budget management, and audience development.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates to internal stakeholders regarding performance, metrics, and opportunities.
- Use data insights to develop and improve our go-to-market acquisition strategy.
- Collaborate with newsroom teams to support organic content discovery on social media.
- Identify and propose ways to improve performance of targeted audience groups.
- Monitor new and emerging trends in social media and help educate The Washington Post on these trends.
