Burnett is so excited to be partnering with a Texas leader in service-industry uniforms! They have an immediate need for an Outside Sales Representative that can target the Central San Antonio territory. The ideal candidate will thrive in active, field-based prospecting and sales. This is an amazing opportunity to join a booming industry/company where earning potential is unlimited!

This role will work primarily out of their vehicle, with a primary emphasis on "business-to-business door knocking" to generate new business. The role demands cold-calling, meeting clients and establishing new in-person connections daily. There is very little phone work, except for follow-ups and scheduled calls. The ideal candidate will have a "hunter" mentality with outside sales experience who is ready to actively prospect and generate leads in the field. Once a deal is secured, the sales rep will hand off the account to the service team, allowing them time to focus solely on sales and new business development vs customer service. Lead generation is also supported by tools such as Salesforce, referrals from drivers, customer call-ins and system alerts for businesses searching for uniform services.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales Process to increase weekly rental sales
    • • Qualify Prospects
    • • Conduct Needs Analysis Meetings and Tours
    • • Analyze Selling Opportunities
    • • Prepare and Present Solutions, Proposals, Cost Analysis, Presentations & Physical Samples
    • • Handle Objections
    • • Negotiate Rental Service Agreements and obtain credit applications
    • • Accurately Measure Employees using sizing kits
    • • Complete New Account Paperwork
    • • Communicate Installation Information to Customer
  • Manage a territory to create new prospective accounts
    • • Cold Call on businesses to gather information and set appointments
    • • Phone Call on businesses to gather information and set appointments
    • • Prospect using a variety of tools such as data.com, internet, trade publications, association meetings, and other appropriate methods etc.
  • Maintain timely and accurate information in Salesforce such as
    • • Prospect, Contact, Account and Opportunity details
    • • Information from prospecting
    • • Information from qualifying
    • • Information from selling activities
    • • Calendar Management

Requirements

  • • Self-sufficient and independent
  • • 3+ years of Outside Sales experience (open to industry)
  • • "Hunter" personality with grit, drive and a strong attitude
  • • Salesforce experience (preferred)
  • • Reliable transportation

Salary/Benefits/Allowances/Hours/etc:

  • • Base salary: $62,500 + commission (Typical first year On-Target Earnings $112K)
  • • Annual transportation car allowance: $7,500
  • • Eligible for health, dental, and vision after 60 days
  • • Paid holidays and sick days
  • • Provided: Laptop, cellphone, and attire
  • • Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
