Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Associate to support a demand planning-aligned supply chain team in New York City. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in supply chain, analytics, and operations within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Location: New York City, NY. Pay Rate: $25.51/hour. Duration: 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support demand planning and supply chain initiatives and projects
  • Assist with inventory management, forecasting, and planning activities
  • Support order management, credit management, and assembly coordination
  • Build, refresh, and maintain operational and analytical reports
  • Analyze data from multiple supply chain systems and ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
  • Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization efforts
  • Work hands-on within systems and datasets to identify insights and opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (recent graduates welcome)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to commute as needed within New York City and surrounding areas (NY/NJ)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Demand planning or supply chain-focused background
  • Experience building, refreshing, or improving reports
  • Power BI or other data visualization/reporting tools
  • Prior supply chain or operations experience (internships, co-ops, or up to ~3 years experience considered)
  • Comfortable digging into systems and working with large datasets
