Job Description
Position Overview
The purpose of the Mortgage Marketing Coordinator role is to facilitate all aspects of marketing support to the business line – including print collateral, digital campaigns, website and social media support, CRM management and lead generation opportunities for the Mortgage Lending Department. This role collaborates closely with Corporate Marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist 50+ Mortgage Lending Officers (MLOs) to develop and implement individual marketing plans and campaigns using the Total Expert lead-generation system and other tools.
- Manage technical and relationship aspects of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Coordinate with bank marketing and compliance to create and update branded collateral for the mortgage department.
- Create new content for sales, email, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Perform periodic checks of social media posts by the mortgage team to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage the mortgage marketing budget.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to optimize marketing team performance.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Work collaboratively with Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment of initiatives.
- Develop and manage a Culture Champion role to support marketing and branding initiatives within the Mortgage Division.
- Manage the new hire onboarding process, including paperwork and approval protocols.
- Provide administrative support to the President – Consumer Mortgage Lending and the Mortgage Production Manager as needed.
- Assist Corporate Marketing with creating and sharing relevant content for all business lines on social media.
- Monitor and respond to online customer inquiries, ensuring professional and consistent communication.
- Manage the Yext Location Services platform by updating banking center information and providing analytics reports.
- Support various projects including ensuring accuracy of bank information on online search services.
- Serve as the liaison for Dallas/Fort Worth regional events; maintain and communicate an events calendar.
- Assist with other Corporate Marketing duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Marketing or a similar field.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage in friendly and professional telephone interactions with a variety of customers.
- A demonstrated ability to support a dynamic, high-intensity salesforce.
- Creative and strategic thinking with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Working knowledge of Mortgage Returns (or other CRM systems), Excel, Publisher, Word, InDesign, and social media platforms.
