Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI capabilities including LLM and NLP to enhance automation and customer engagement.
• Optimize and improve text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) functionalities, with a view to transition from third-party APIs to an in-house solution.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for smarter, more effective customer interactions.
• Integrate AI components into the company's JavaScript-driven logic layer and Python-based LLM models.
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered dynamic scripting for automated, intelligent conversations.
• Collaborate with a team of innovative engineers in a fast-moving startup environment.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Python with hands-on experience in AI and ML applications.
• Experience working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Deep understanding of AI model training, fine-tuning, and optimization.
