Position Overview

JLL’s Retail Property Management Team in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a retail shopping center portfolio in and around Atlanta, maximizing asset value and NOI. This hybrid role requires working from home with at least 3 days in the corporate office. The position involves property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, support for leasing, and financial reporting. Compensation: Estimated total compensation is 85,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a retail shopping center portfolio with monthly property visits.
  • Manage overall property operations, maintenance, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain strong client and tenant relations while supporting the leasing team.
  • Develop, articulate, and implement business plans to maximize asset value and NOI.
  • Supervise contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure high standards.

Required Qualifications

  • GA Real Estate License required within 90 days.
  • At least 2-4 years’ experience in commercial property management.
  • In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail property accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College graduate preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple retail properties.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving budgeted financial goals.
