In the role of Learning Experience Designer I, you will design, develop, and deliver multi-modal, high-performance learning experiences that advance individual and organizational growth. This position is full-time and hybrid, with specific in-office expectations for candidates residing near our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO offices.

Compensation Range: $72,700 - $119,800

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate delivery of learning experiences including in-person sessions, virtual workshops, and peer-led discussions.
  • Partner with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders to design, develop, deliver, and curate impactful learning solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in Practice Management to drive measurable performance improvement and reflect proven practices.
  • Employ a learner-centered design process—from research and co-creation to prototyping—to ensure quality and performance outcomes.
  • Continuously evolve learning experiences by integrating emerging technologies, including AI, and utilizing learning insights for optimization.
  • Lead design, development, and validation sessions to foster iterative, high-quality learner-centered design at scale.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient understanding of the Finance Services Industry; SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licensing required within 1 year of role.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in designing, developing, and curating learning and performance experiences that achieve business objectives.
  • Advanced facilitation skills, including the ability to present to executive leaders and adapt learning experiences to situational needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience moderating virtual communication channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams and apply Systems Thinking, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem-Solving Methodologies.
  • Candidates must be within a commutable distance of our Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO offices to meet required in-office days.
