Position Overview

Position: Technical Recruiter
Reports To: Branch Manager / Recruiting Manager

Synerfac is an industry-leading and growing recruitment company focused on providing opportunities.
We provide technical staffing services that help businesses grow by solving their biggest recruitment challenges,
and offer our employees both permanent and temporary assignments that complement their skills while providing professional and financial rewards.
This role is based in person, on-site 5 days a week with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Applicants must be able to commute in Bucks County, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Screen resumes and applications to select qualified candidates
• Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials
• Assist with interviews by attending and conducting sessions with managers and directors
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process, including recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details
• Coordinate preemployment screenings and manage background checks and administrative work
• Identify active job seekers across various internal/external job boards, client referrals, and previous contractors
• Identify potential sales leads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proactive and coachable
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Competitive spirit

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service experience

• Compensation: Projected Earnings – Year 1: 45k-55k, Year 2: 50k-75k, Year 3: 70k-100k
