Design Strategy Specialist - Remote

The Moore Group is looking to hire an Experience Business Strategist to lead experience strategy, value insights, and innovation across complex digital ecosystems. You'll help define how the company realizes value from its strategic objectives by translating insights, opportunities, and product direction into compelling narratives that guide decision-making. You'll partner closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure that business goals, user needs, and experience design are aligned and mutually reinforcing.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design strategy and value insights work-from discovery to future state
• Collaborate closely with User Research and UX Design to synthesize insights into actionable strategic recommendations
• Turn user research, metrics, and data into actionable insights that improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Guide experience and process strategy, support business cases, and define value measurement
• Translate complex data, research findings, and business priorities into frameworks, roadmaps, and storytelling artifacts that influence direction
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and strategic planning sessions to drive clarity and shared understanding
• Support the creation of business cases, investment proposals, and executive-level presentations.

What We're Looking For

• Background in design strategy, service design, UX research, architecture, and/or interaction design
• Strong executive presence, with experience advising senior executives
• Proven aptitude to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure to open-ended problems
• Demonstrated ability to connect user insights to business value and UX ROI
• Internal consulting experience in large, complex organizations
• Experience influencing without authority and navigating enterprise environments
• Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities in business processes or platforms a plus
• Strong communication, facilitation and storytelling skills
• Degree in a related field preferred
