We are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to architect our sourcing, vendor management, and logistics infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring a sustainable and scalable supply chain that supports our students’ exceptional learning experiences. Located in Tribeca, NY, this role reports to the Director of Student Experience and plays a critical part in building operational excellence in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish Campus's formal procurement policies, from initial requisition and vendor onboarding to final contract execution and payment.
- Develop and execute original sourcing frameworks aligned with our mission of affordability and long-term business goals.
- Build out our logistics and fulfillment operations, including selecting and integrating future third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Create dashboards and KPIs (cost per device, vendor SLAs, shipping turnaround) for leadership visibility on spend and performance.
- Grow the Campus e-commerce retail site to ensure high-quality products, timely delivery, and excellent student experiences.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Student Experience to develop procurement models that meet immediate needs while staying within budget.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing changes, and best practices in technology sourcing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building procurement or supply chain functions in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field with a deep understanding of best practices.
- Proven track record of securing favorable terms and achieving cost savings without relying on pre-existing frameworks.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience using KPIs to evaluate vendor performance.
- Experience managing 3PL providers, including performance tracking, SLAs, and contract oversight.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (strongly preferred) and the ability to evaluate and implement new ERP or inventory software.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive results under changing priorities, and maintain a proactive, analytical approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's degree or professional certification (CPSM, CPM, or CIPS).
- Knowledge of contract law, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience managing distributed hardware procurement (e.g., laptops, tech kits).
- Familiarity with ERP, inventory, or procurement software.
- Experience optimizing connectivity or telecom contracts.

- Compensation package: Base salary between $100,000 - $125,000 plus equity grant. Actual compensation is based on skills, experience, and location.
