Position Overview
Software Sales Executive – US Office, Tampa, FL. Ever wanted a job in software sales? Are you a results driven, “Always Be Closing” salesperson, able to make sales and exceed quotas? At MatchWare, an innovative and established international software company, you will be part of our US sales team driving software sales through webinars, tradeshows, onsite demonstrations and more. This role offers more-than-competitive base salary plus monthly commissions, 3 weeks’ paid vacation, and an employer paid benefits package while working for a recognized leader in innovative software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and sales calls
- Scheduling and executing webinars
- Conducting onsite software demonstrations
- Arranging and exhibiting at tradeshows
- Proposal preparation, follow-ups, and closing sales
- Cross-selling and educating customers on additional products
- Developing and maintaining competitive product knowledge
- Potential travel opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of successful B2B sales experience; experience in educational and/or enterprise software sales is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Mind Mapping or Project Management software is a plus
- Excellent business writing and oral communication skills
- Understanding of revenue recognition and budgeting
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure
- A strong sense of urgency and a high degree of professionalism
