Digimarc is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the VP, Marketing and the marketing team. You will coordinate operations, plan marketing campaigns, manage scheduling and events, and handle confidential communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize, and support project management tasks, version control, workflow, and dashboards.
- Review and assign internal marketing requests, collaborating with the marketing leadership team.
- Support the Events Coordinator with vendor outreach, event logistics, and demo requirements.
- Develop content for and update the marketing intranet site.
- Communicate new marketing materials and assets with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, including international travel requirements.
- Monitor emails, voicemails, and other correspondence as necessary.
- Schedule and participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings.
- Reconcile and submit weekly/monthly expenses, including vendor and third-party invoices.
- Coordinate and fulfill internal demo and SWAG requests.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an executive assistant, marketing coordinator, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Prior experience with SharePoint and Asana is a plus.
- Event planning and support experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce & Pardot).
