We’re idGROUP, a design and architecture studio based in Dallas. We work on all kinds of commercial interiors—offices, restaurants, retail spaces, and we’re proud of the relationships we build along the way. We’re also proud of our culture: no drama, no big egos, and no micromanaging. Just smart, good-hearted people doing great work, together.

We’re looking for experienced Interior Designers and Architects (4+ years) who:

• Are confident collaborators and strong communicators
• Know their way around technical drawings, construction documents, and client expectations
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow
• Enjoy being part of a team that truly supports one another

The work you’ll do here includes:

• Taking projects from site survey and code research through design and construction
• Creating compelling presentations, detailed documentation, and thorough drawing sets
• Managing client relationships and consultant coordination
• Working side-by-side with a talented, thoughtful team

We’re hiring for both project coordinators and project managers, depending on experience.
