Position Overview
Builds a loyal customer base by solving customer problems, providing excellent customer service and by making the store experience interactive, engaging, and reassuring by performing the following duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops positive customer relationships.
- Serves customers by matching them with just the right products.
- Maintains the visual appeal of the store.
- Makes the most effective use of the store displays.
- Maintains the expertise to explain product features and benefits.
- Responsible for calculating discounts and any promotions as applicable to the rental agreement or sale.
- Ensures the customer folders are setup, filed and maintained properly.
- Qualifies customers for the product.
- Performs regular sales and marketing calls.
- Seeks and maintains knowledge of current products, pricing, sales, promotion, policies, and procedures.
- Assists with creating and verifying rental agreements and educating customers on their agreement.
- Assists with training and developing the stores delivery and installation specialists.
- Assists with managing store inventory.
- Assists with refurbishing store merchandise.
- Completes any other tasks assigned at the discretion of management.
