Position Overview

Builds a loyal customer base by solving customer problems, providing excellent customer service and by making the store experience interactive, engaging, and reassuring by performing the following duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops positive customer relationships.
  • Serves customers by matching them with just the right products.
  • Maintains the visual appeal of the store.
  • Makes the most effective use of the store displays.
  • Maintains the expertise to explain product features and benefits.
  • Responsible for calculating discounts and any promotions as applicable to the rental agreement or sale.
  • Ensures the customer folders are setup, filed and maintained properly.
  • Qualifies customers for the product.
  • Performs regular sales and marketing calls.
  • Seeks and maintains knowledge of current products, pricing, sales, promotion, policies, and procedures.
  • Assists with creating and verifying rental agreements and educating customers on their agreement.
  • Assists with training and developing the stores delivery and installation specialists.
  • Assists with managing store inventory.
  • Assists with refurbishing store merchandise.
  • Completes any other tasks assigned at the discretion of management.
