Position Overview

A global IT solutions provider is seeking a Field Service Technician. Location: Nashville, TN. This role involves providing on-site technical support for retail POS systems and various IT infrastructure. The position requires flexibility for travel and evening work, and offers remote work options. Additionally, Experience Required: at least 5 years of relevant technical support experience and a strong customer service background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support for retail POS systems and related IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal service downtime.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing and resolving client concerns.
  • Adapt to flexible work hours, including travel and evening shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field service or IT technical support (Experience Required: 5+ years).
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and travel as required.
  • Solid understanding of retail POS systems and IT infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in remote or hybrid work environments.
  • Additional certifications related to IT support or technical service.
