Position Overview

At Auror, we are empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organized Retail Crime—a $150 Billion global challenge. Founded in New Zealand 11 years ago and operating across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, Auror is dedicated to connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime using cutting‐edge technology and responsible AI. As the Director of Marketing, North America, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing activities in the region, working cross-functionally to build pipeline, drive revenue, and bring our brand to life. If you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact while driving innovative marketing strategies, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the integrated regional GTM strategy and planning, translating global strategy into impactful North American programs.
  • Drive pipeline generation and acceleration by partnering with Demand Generation, GTM Engineering, and RevOps to optimize performance and messaging.
  • Plan and execute high-impact field marketing initiatives including events, executive roundtables, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to localize content and messaging for the North American market, activating customer success stories.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive results.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or field marketing leadership role.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (ideally Hubspot) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) with an interest in integrating AI in GTM workflows.
  • Proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue in enterprise SaaS—ideally within retail, public safety, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. market and buyer dynamics with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills, with clear experience in leading teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (up to 20%) and internationally (up to 5%).

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive Salary Range: $147,500 - $170,000 (PL5) plus a discretionary annual bonus based on company revenue targets.
  • Employee Share Scheme: Own part of a company making a real difference.
  • Flexibility: Enjoy a healthy work/life blend with shorter work weeks including Friday afternoons off.
  • Health Care Plan: Full coverage for Medical, Dental & Vision with United Healthcare & Metlife.
  • Wellness Focus: Benefit from initiatives such as Wellness Days and expert sessions to support your mental and physical health.
  • Family-friendly: Comprehensive parental leave, benefits for all caregivers, a baby bonus, and even meals delivered to your door.
