Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Direct Marketing professional to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in digital and multichannel marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content creation, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various platforms.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Location: In person

Schedule: Full-time, Part-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and digital channels
  • Support content creation and copywriting for marketing materials, blogs, and social media posts
  • Help manage advertising sales efforts, including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other PPC campaigns
  • Contribute to SEO optimization and website management using WordPress and basic HTML skills
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments
  • Collaborate on marketing automation initiatives to streamline outreach efforts
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Support product management activities by coordinating promotional activities and tracking campaign results
  • Assist with budgeting and planning for marketing projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Prior exposure or coursework in digital marketing, content marketing, or related fields is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content development is advantageous
  • Strong research skills, copywriting ability, and understanding of performance marketing concepts are desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in B2B marketing, e-commerce, print advertising, and product promotion
