Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services, one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S., is seeking a Business Solutions Manager for the Denver, Colorado area. In this role, you will recruit, develop, and grow our client base and new business opportunities while creating remarkable experiences that make a real impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the Denver, Colorado area.
  • Promote our workforce staffing solutions through a combination of video and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and grow our client base and nurture new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in the greater Denver, Colorado area.
  • Proven ability in business development and outbound sales.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating remarkable experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in staffing or recruiting is helpful.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience.
