Position Overview
Retail Associate – Inventory
This WIS Team provides inventory solutions to a broad array of retail, grocery and specialty customers across the nation. You will scan barcodes to deliver accurate inventory information, aiding customers in making informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals with accuracy and data integrity.
- Count and record inventory with precision while following a clear, consistent workflow.
- Communicate information clearly, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and cooperation.
- Meet daily performance goals and uphold our Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork.
- Take initiative to suggest new approaches that improve quality and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts, including repetitive motions.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and performing tasks that require precision and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation and willingness to work varied, flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior teamwork experience in a customer service, inventory, or retail setting.
- Experience in retail, stock, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse roles is a plus.
- No degree required – candidates returning to the workforce or with military experience are encouraged to apply.

- Starting Wage: $17.00 - $22.00
