Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales team's activities and provide coaching to meet departmental goals.
- Attend client meetings to build and nurture trusting relationships.
- Establish strong networking partnerships to drive referrals and trade associations.
- Develop annual sales plans and manage administrative functions, including performance reporting.
- Execute strategic marketing plans to enhance client communications and generate new sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of business-to-business sales and management experience.
- Experience in both client account management and new business development.
- Proven sales record with strong business acumen and organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
