Are you excited for this new opportunity on the AMS Digital Marketing team?
Come lead our influencer marketing activations in LATAM and Canada and for the LEGO® Brand Retail Americas business!
Core Responsibilities
- Lead paid and earned influencer strategies and execution for influencer programs in LATAM, Mexico, Canada, and the Americas LEGO® Brand Retail business
- Partner with global, regional and local marketing teams on strategy, tentpole campaigns and always-on opportunities
- Oversee influencer roster development and vetting along with concept and content reviews and approvals
- Work closely with agency partners, legal and procurement teams throughout the negotiation and contracting process
- Own brief development in collaboration with relevant brand managers
- Collaborate with US Influencer Lead, Digital Marketing Leads and Public Relations Team on regional campaign development and execution
- Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting and share outs with key partners
- Day-to-day agency point of contact for LATAM & Canada

The AMS Digital Marketing team was created in January 2018 and is home to Social Media, Content, Integrated Digital Marketing, YouTube, Influencer Marketing, and our Americas Newsroom.
Our Vision is to reach and recruit new audiences and retain existing fans, through engaging content and conversations on the native platforms they use!
Do you have what it takes?
- At least 7 years in digital marketing, influencer marketing or public relations fields with storytelling capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to the needs of different business units
- Creative problem solver with experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to support initiatives
- Comfortable juggling a variety of business priorities with varying consumer targets
- Experience working with a wide range of influencers (micro, macro, celebrity) and knowing when to partner with each influencer category
- A growth mindset and appetite for integrated teamwork
- Ability to plan, manage and prioritize tasks at hand to completion
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- A curious and caring attitude to our community and collaborators
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications, or PR field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of French and Spanish preferred
New Location Update
The current work location for this role is 501 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. In 2025, we will transition to our new permanent office location at 1001 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. Specific move dates for roles are to be determined and communicated in 2024.
