Position Overview

The Senior Director of Strategy and Physician Engagement will lead efforts to deepen relationships with physicians, drive market strategy, support new business development, and ensure that physician insights are integral to product messaging and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team in identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with influential US cardiology thought leaders and KOLs.
- Harmonize KOL engagement strategies across the US Marketing organization and cross-functional partners such as Medical Affairs and Market Access.
- Develop and execute Centers of Excellence encompassing all ZOLL CMS products.
- Design and implement educational programs, workshops, and symposia to enhance product adoption.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to gather Voice-of-Customer feedback through Advisory Boards and other engagement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with cardiology trade organizations and coordinate with international teams.
- Develop and implement a Global Clinical Evidence and Publication Strategy for the CMS portfolio.
- Represent ZOLL CMS at national and international cardiology congresses and scientific sessions.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, R&D, and senior leadership during the annual strategic planning process.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in strategic leadership roles within the medical device or healthcare industry with cardiology expertise.
- Proven track record in physician engagement, market strategy development, new business development, and product management.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills with the ability to lead in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated understanding of strategic planning processes and the ability to synthesize medical literature and market trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of wireless communication technologies, clinical systems, and their application in healthcare is preferred.

- Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $225,000 to $300,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
