Position Overview
Bospar began as a virtual boutique tech PR agency just over five years ago and has grown into a small, award‐winning firm with 30+ talented professionals working remotely across the U.S. As an Assistant PR Account Executive at Bospar, you will join a closely knit account team that handles diverse tasks – from research and client communications to media analysis and new business support – all in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on various topics to support client initiatives.
- Participate in client calls and communications, including interactions with media outlets.
- Build media lists and ensure all records remain up-to-date and accurate.
- Analyze media coverage and collaborate with the team to meet client needs.
- Participate in new business processes, including research and proposal preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Requirements: Solve problems and take responsibility.
- Experience Required: Experience as an Account Associate or in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-changing PR environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Qualifications: PR agency experience.
