Entry Level Sales Reps - Paid Weekly

Position Overview

Vector Marketing is seeking part-time sales representatives to sell Cutco products in a relaxed, one-on-one appointment setting. Our approach emphasizes excellent customer service over high-pressure sales, ensuring that you receive a guaranteed minimum base pay while having the opportunity to earn through commissions based on performance. In addition to comprehensive training and ongoing support, we provide a flexible work schedule, making this role ideal for students, part-timers, or anyone looking to supplement their income.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sales appointments to present and sell Cutco products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers about product quality and features.
• Attend scheduled trainings and meetings to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain local customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people and have a customer-first mindset.
• Be at least 17 years old and a high school graduate.
• Willing to learn and apply new skills quickly.
• Able to interview within the next 5 to 7 days.
• Must meet additional conditions as applicable.
