Home Caregiver must have reliable commute (LIVE IN)

Position Overview

MUST BE ABLE TO LIVE IN WITH THE CLIENT 3-4 Days/week. We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time; Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift; Work Location: On the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines
• Engage clients in social activities and exercises

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted living, caregiving, direct support, senior care, or patient care
• Knowledge of social work principles and practices
• Ability to assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
