We’re a team of creators, connectors, and brand storytellers. Our mission is to take marketing beyond the screen and bring it directly to the people—through unforgettable face-to-face experiences. When brands want to make an impact, they turn to us because we don’t just market products—we create moments that people remember, talk about, and share.

Location: Tampa, FL. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to be the front line of our brand experiences. In this customer-facing role, your energy, communication skills, and ability to connect with others will shine as you turn brand campaigns into real-life interactions at live events, engaging with attendees, answering questions, showcasing products, and building excitement. Your work will directly impact brand perception, customer engagement, and sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach and engage attendees in a friendly, approachable way.
  • Share brand messaging, product details, and key talking points with confidence.
  • Deliver mini-presentations and demos that make complex ideas simple and exciting.
  • Gather feedback and insights from event attendees to help shape future campaigns.
  • Drive customer sign-ups, purchases, and engagement on-site.
  • Assist with event set-up, booth presentation, and breakdown to ensure a polished look.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to track event performance, leads, and impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment in talking with people.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Enthusiasm for marketing, branding, and live events.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with lots of moving parts.
  • Previous experience in events, promotions, sales, customer service, or marketing is helpful—but not required.

Benefits & Perks

  • A fun, fast-paced, and energetic work environment where you’ll always be part of the action.
  • Professional training in brand messaging, sales, and event execution.
  • Opportunities to grow into team lead, field marketing, or event management positions.
  • Competitive pay with additional incentives tied to event performance.
  • The chance to represent exciting brands and be part of campaigns people remember.
