Position Overview

Apply for the Entry‑Level Sales Apprenticeship (Leadership Track) at Grit Marketing. This role is for early‑career individuals who want a long‑term sales path, not a short‑term summer gig. Location: Weirton. Salary: Based on skills and experience. Contact your recruiter for details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go door‑to‑door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our pest control services.
  • Use a proven script to present, handle objections, and close new customers.
  • Work 6 days per week during the summer ramp (May–August) with typical 8‑10 hour days, mostly on your feet and outdoors.
  • Attend daily morning training and role‑plays with your team lead.
  • After the ramp, run your own territory as an ongoing rep, hitting weekly and monthly sales quotas agreed with your manager.
  • Track your activity and results like a business: doors, conversations, closes, revenue, and commissions.
  • Participate in a structured career progression program: New Rep (Months 0–3), Senior Rep (Months 4–12), and Team Lead (12+ months) with potential for team/office management and overrides.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 by May 1 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available full‑time for the Summer 2026 ramp (approx. May–August, 6 days/week).
  • Willing to relocate and live in shared housing with teammates during the ramp.
  • Comfortable with commission‑only pay, weekly/monthly quotas, and long days outdoors.
  • Intend to treat this as a career track (staying beyond summer) if both sides are happy with performance.
  • Reliable, coachable, and able to stick with a hard thing for the entire ramp period.
