Job Description

Position Overview

Based in Nashville, TN, Peachtree Entertainment is a prominent national concert promoter known for developing and executing large-scale touring projects, indoor rodeo concepts, and outdoor festivals. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Leadership Team — primarily the CEO and President. In this role, you will ensure executive productivity through effective management of calendars, meetings, travel, and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO and President, managing complex calendars, scheduling, and priorities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, itineraries, and logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure meetings are efficient and productive.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and streamline executive workflows.
  • Assist with special projects, company initiatives, and ad-hoc executive requests.
  • Help maintain organizational systems that keep leadership focused and aligned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a high-growth or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, project management platforms).
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
