Position Overview
Medtronic is seeking a Customer Service Representative II – Remote (FL, MA, TN) to join a team where careers truly change lives. In this role you will act as the company’s representative while assisting both external and internal customers. Key functions include answering product‐related questions, tracing lost shipments, clarifying customer orders for the shipping department, and managing web‐based ordering and registration processes.
You will work closely with management on customer credits, product returns, special pricing, and inventory allocations. This role is crucial for ensuring quality service levels and maintaining effective communications throughout the order and shipping processes.

Salary: $32,960 - $49,440 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Represents the company by answering product-related questions, tracing lost shipments, and interpreting customer orders for the shipping department.
- Manages web-based ordering or registrations and collaborates with management on customer credits, returns, and other adjustments.
- Approves allocation of stock in short supply including special price quotations, bids, pricing allowances, deductions and adjustments.
- Manages customer facility inventories using EDI, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems to address stock and allocation challenges.
