Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing existing accounts and building strong relationships with new customers.
- Identify sales opportunities within assigned territories or customer segments.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospect new clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotes and product recommendations with oversight from senior sales staff.
- Input and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and materials.
- Stay informed about current construction projects, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Attend industry trade shows or networking events to promote the brand and build connections.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts, and follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel locally to customer sites and job locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related roles.
- Familiarity with construction services or materials (steel, concrete, rebar, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
