Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in managing existing accounts and building strong relationships with new customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities within assigned territories or customer segments.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospect new clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotes and product recommendations with oversight from senior sales staff.
  • Input and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Stay informed about current construction projects, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Attend industry trade shows or networking events to promote the brand and build connections.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts, and follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel locally to customer sites and job locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related roles.
  • Familiarity with construction services or materials (steel, concrete, rebar, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
