Job Description
Position Overview
The Baltimore Orioles are seeking hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals to join the Authentics Store Staff for the 2026 season. In this role, you will operate the Authentics store on gamedays, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the revenue for the Orioles Charitable Foundation. This is a part-time, seasonal/hourly position reporting to the Coordinator, Authentics and Hospitality within the Ballpark Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Authentics Store during games
- Manage master inventory
- Accurately track sales during store hours
- Communicate club authentication requests to clubhouse and MLB Authenticators
- Monitor and respond to customer emails and phone inquiries
- Conduct merchandise sales through email and phone
- Work with Community Relations on Authentics initiatives
- Other projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the Orioles, MLB, and baseball in general
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Background in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work a majority of Orioles home games (including nights, weekends and holidays)
- Must be a team-first player with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality
