Job Description

Position Overview

The ISO Parts Pro is responsible for building and maintaining strategic customer relationships, ensuring timely dispatch of drivers and effective supplier partnerships, as well as managing core bank and strategic returns. The ideal candidate will work closely with management and team members to achieve productivity and service objectives while demonstrating strong technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships
  • Achieve productivity and service objectives
  • Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
  • Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers as needed for strategic customers
  • Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
  • Maintain core bank and strategic returns
  • Partner with SAM and leadership on account needs

Required Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of automotive systems, with diagnostic ability including ignition, internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronics, exhaust, etc.
  • Ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
  • Proven capability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&L statements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; and to write simple correspondence
  • Capacity to understand and execute instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Proficiency using basic math to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness and availability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
