Job Description

Position Overview

Unifi has decades of experience in the aviation services industry and is continuously innovating in airline ground services. We are seeking individuals who are passionate, have integrity, and demonstrate empathy in every interaction. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service throughout the arrival, ticketing, check-in, boarding, and baggage processes to ensure that every passenger reaches their destination safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with a friendly welcome throughout the arrival and check-in process, including special support for unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance.
  • Operate a computerized system to manage ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolve related complaints.
  • Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures.
  • Collaborate with ramp agents to ensure timely and safe loading of wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
  • Push wheelchairs alongside passengers as needed throughout airport areas.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and policies while executing duties.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, consistent with your skills and experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain credentials as required by airport, state, or customs regulations.
