Financial Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Financial Consultant / Manager to support banking and financial services finance transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and solution-shaping capabilities. The ideal candidate will have Big 4 consulting experience, a sharp strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex inputs into clear, executive-ready narratives and deliverables.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid/Onsite as required)

Required Qualifications

• Big 4 consulting background (Manager or strong Senior Consultant ready for Manager).
• Proven experience in banking or financial services finance transformation.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Stakeholder discovery
  • Target-state design
  • Roadmap and value case development
• Ability to work closely with senior leaders and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, and solution design efforts.
• Exposure to finance operating models, transformation frameworks, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
