Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. A deep understanding of current social media trends, content creation, and analytics is essential to ensure that all messaging aligns with our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly while fostering community relationships.
• Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create visually appealing content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and branding.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in content creation including graphic design, photography, video editing, and proofreading.
• Knowledge of public relations strategies and relationship management practices.
• Ability to develop engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on branding consistency across all channels.

Job Details

• Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
