Entry Level Python Developer

Position Overview

SynergisticIT is seeking entry-level Software Programmers, IT enthusiasts, Python/Java developers, and Data Analysts/Data Scientists who are eager to launch their careers in the IT industry. With a strong reputation built over years—working with top technology clients like Apple, Google, PayPal, Western Union, Visa, and Walmart Labs—we welcome candidates of all visa statuses (including those requiring H1B, STEM extension, or Green Card filing) as well as US citizens. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT (or a related field).
• Highly motivated, self-learner with keen technical curiosity.
• For Software Programming roles: Experience in Java, Core Java, JavaScript, C++ and understanding of the software development life cycle, including experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles: Knowledge of statistics, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, or Time Series Analysis.
