User Experience Designer

Position Overview

At Epic, our guiding principle is to make our products a joy to use. We are seeking a talented UX Designer to serve as the lead experience and visual designer for several development teams. Based on our campus in Madison, WI, this role requires relocation supported with financial relocation assistance. You will engage with end-users, research workflows, and collaborate with developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications using sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead UX and visual designer across multiple development teams.
• Meet with end-users to understand their unique needs and research their workflows.
• Design intuitive applications with sound information architecture.
• Develop design deliverables including sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the design vision.

Required Qualifications

• Available to start before June 2026.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills.
• Education or experience in user-centered design techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI (relocation reimbursed).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
