Position Overview
Under Armour’s mission is to make you better. As a global organization pushing boundaries and challenging expectations, we are seeking a Data Analyst, Marketing to build and maintain our marketing dashboards, program the marketing war room content on a weekly basis, and serve as the global point of contact for regional data initiatives. In this role you will collaborate with cross‐functional teams, ensuring data is collected, cleansed, and visualized to drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish the weekly marketing dashboard insights by aggregating and visualizing key inputs from multiple sources/countries (Omniture, DCM, Sprinklr, Google/FB, etc.).
- Program the content and maintain the digital screens calendar in the marketing war room.
- Coordinate and lead regional to global marketing metrics meetings to review key data and trends.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze multi-channel data and deliver insights that drive business growth.
- Assist with preparing and presenting analysis, reports, and status updates to business departments and management.
- Manage, review, and validate data with database vendors and oversee file transfers between first and third-party vendors ensuring compliance with company code of conduct and data management principles.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors on data extracts, validations, and insights.
- Provide ad hoc analysis, competitive information, presentations, and meeting recaps as needed.
- Track and develop brand, channel, campaign, and customer benchmarks in comparison with company-wide and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with analytics tools and disciplines (Adobe, GA Analytics, Salesforce).
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques using tools like Tableau, Domo, or Datorama.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for technology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of work experience in marketing analytics and data visualization.
- Demonstrated success in analyzing consumer data and delivering insights that drive business results.
