This fast-paced, full-desk recruiting position with Bradsby Group is focused on identifying top talent, creating a robust talent pool, and managing the complete hiring process – from interviews and negotiations to final offers. The role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to see the big picture while delivering bottom line results.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for various industry roles.
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the full hiring cycle including interviews, negotiations, and offer management.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated recruiting and/or sales experience.
- Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- A sense of urgency and drive from day one.

- Compensation: Monthly guaranteed income of $4,707.10 plus monthly commissions, quarterly ESOP bonuses, trip/travel incentives, with uncapped earning potential. Top producers earn in excess of $500k+ annually.
