Position Overview

Our client is a forward-thinking marketing agency dedicated to driving measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients. They are seeking a talented and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on performance marketing. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms to achieve objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI maximization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management to enhance campaign performance.
  • Create compelling ad copy and creative assets, working closely with design and content teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily by analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate) and generating insightful reports.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns for better results and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve conversion rates.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and client strategy sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid search (PPC), and paid social media advertising.
  • Proven success in managing significant advertising budgets and achieving demonstrable ROI.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
