Position Overview

Reality Labs is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager focused on Ray-Ban Meta. In this role, you will drive data‐driven, integrated marketing plans that blend analytical rigor with creative storytelling to accelerate business results and elevate the brand’s presence. You will lead cross-functional collaborations and unify teams around a strategic north star in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply analytical rigor and a deep understanding of audience dynamics to deliver marketing plans that truly move the needle.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Insights to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Gain insights into audience personas, mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors across diverse products and industries.
  • Create innovative briefs and integrated campaigns by partnering with cross-functional teams including International Marketing, Insights, Creative, and Media agencies.
  • Track campaign performance to provide data-backed insights for continuous optimization and uncovering new opportunity areas.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through diverse media mixes.
  • Strong understanding of consumer research and data-driven insights to develop actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience working with media and creative agencies to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build collaborative cross-functional partnerships.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and coordinating with various internal and external teams.
  • Background in consumer technology, wearables, and Augmented/Virtual Reality technologies.
  • Track record in developing insights-driven brand and consumer marketing plans that resonate and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital and traditional media strategies.
  • Background working with emerging brands managing multiple products.
  • E-commerce and retail experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
