Position Overview

Join Our National Team as a Director of Marketing Programs! Are you looking to leverage your expertise in a role that offers varied and challenging work? Our company—a leading parent organization with 340+ franchise locations across North America—is seeking a Director of Marketing Programs to support new office launches by providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for all marketing initiatives. In this role you will develop local marketing plans, manage brand standards, create budget frameworks, and deliver in-person training for new owners while monitoring industry trends and implementing go-to-market strategies. Location: Remote or in Jacksonville, FL, with some travel required. Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and framework to newly launched offices to help them maximize marketing resources and achieve growth objectives.
  • Define and implement local marketing plans with full funnel expectations and market-specific recommendations.
  • Create and manage marketing budget templates that outline recommended spend allocations based on office size and market conditions.
  • Clearly communicate brand standards and hold launch offices accountable for maintaining consistency in all marketing programs.
  • Design and maintain a marketing KPI dashboard to monitor initiative adoption, campaign performance, and ROI, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives.
  • Develop and lead in-person training sessions for new owners to effectively communicate the marketing program and set them up for local success.
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing deliverables for new office launches, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency.
  • Identify creative and collateral needs for launch offices and collaborate with the creative team to develop required materials.
  • Stay current on marketing and industry trends, identifying market share opportunities and delivering clear go-to-market strategies.
  • Hold scheduled meetings with launch offices to review progress, provide guidance, and ensure marketing programs remain on track.
  • Lead the execution of the ROTOR program by equipping owners to manage their business development teams towards achieving sales and marketing goals.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or franchise marketing leadership.
  • Able to travel 30% - 60% of the time if needed.
  • Computer literacy with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and influence business owners and team members; prior coaching/training experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and business analysis skills with a capacity to create effective sales and marketing plans.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and consultative communication skills along with strong listening and relationship-building abilities.
  • Applied knowledge of reporting systems, job management platforms, and MS Office tools.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner who is comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Experience in franchise operations or business support with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and development goals.
