Research Associate II

Position Overview

to advancing science and ensuring access to healthcare for generations to come. You will conduct research, development, and manufacturing
laboratory experiments to support Ventana projects, design experimental protocols, and contribute to project strategies while upholding
high quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design experimental protocols and execute bench experiments with minimal supervision while analyzing data and making detailed observations.
• Prepare technical reports, quantitative analyses, and maintain complete laboratory documentation in compliance with quality standards.
• Suggest improvements to workflows and assist with patentable invention development to tackle diverse scientific challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, contribute to creative problem-solving and project planning, and train colleagues as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues, take corrective actions, and clearly present experimental procedures and results to ensure consistent quality and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in basic and specialized laboratory techniques.
• Ability to search and interpret scientific literature for specific topics.
• Skilled in using word processing, spreadsheets, graphical, and presentation software applications.

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: The expected salary range for this position in Tucson is $57,000 - $81,400, with actual pay determined by experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors. A discretionary annual bonus may also be available.
