Required Qualifications

• For Java/Full Stack/Software Programmer:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
  • Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
  • Experience in Java programming and a clear understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Project work demonstrating proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++ or other software programming languages.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• For Data Science/Machine Learning Positions:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Project work on relevant technologies.
  • Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
  • Experience in programming (Java experience is also mentioned) and understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Knowledge of Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred skills include NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, and TensorFlow.
